Hi, my name is Theresa! I have been singing professionally for over 4o years. Sharing my talent is the ultimate expression of my soul. I love teaching vocals to children of all ages and adults. Here are some examples of how i have been able to share my talent with those around me.  My teaching style is tailored to each student’s singing level and experience. I always strive to help my students feel comfortable as we progress through topics such as: correct breathing, mouth & facial mechanics, good posture, warming up, ear training & pitch, vocal exercises, and performance techniques. Seeing students’ weekly improvement never loses its excitement for me.

Professional Experience:

• National Anthem at pro sports events such as: SF Giants, Sac. Kings, and River Cats
• Featured vocalist (filling in for Whitney Houston) at the Calif. State Fair  homecoming event for the Desert Storm troops.
• California State Fair talent show winner
• Lead Vocalist for the Jazz/ Blues duo Stormy Weather
• Lead Vocalist for the classic rock band TeaRose & The Wookies
• Worship and choir leader for over 30  years
• Music director at McKee Elementary

Teaching Experience:

• Vocal Coach for Warehouse Ministries choir and ensembles
• Private vocal coach 1999 to present
• Children’s singing coach at McKee Elementary school
