In good condition for being over a century old. 
However, If you look at the headstock, it appears that someone engraved the string order for a left handed person. It's not entirely noticeable. but if you look close enough you will see it. You should be able to see it in the pictures of the headstock. 
It is now strung for a right handed person right now.
